Coby finishes MS 150, mostly due to amazing new socks!

Our barista Coby recently finished the MS 150, a two-day fundraising bike ride that benefits the the Colorado Chapter of the National MS Society, and the 76,000 Coloradans in our state affected by multiple sclerosis – and he wore our brand new Wash Perk bike/run socks for the ride.  (Ashleigh will be sporting the Perk socks as she rides the Triple Bypass next week)

Look as cool as our baristas as you ride this summer – Get your pair at the shop today!

Welcome Andrea Eder!

Andrea is a student at South High and a neighbor.  Andrea started working at Wash Perk around five weeks ago as a register/bus-person.  Sorry it’s taken us this long to properly welcome her on the blog!  She has been an amazing addition to the shop, so hardworking and enthusiastic.  We’re lucky to be her very first job :-D

Both Annie and Kristen are new as well and we’re waiting for pictures!

Welcome back, B!

You may have noticed a familiar face around here the past couple of weeks, and as is her style, she just quietly and competently slipped back in.  Bethany left the Perk to pursue her passion for graphic design around 10 months ago.  She’s come to a place where she’s ready to “mix it up” again.   She is a very skilled barista and lovely person and we are so happy she will be with us part-time and continue with part time graphic design work.  Anyone need a consultant? :-P

Good Luck, K and K

Both Kelsey and Kendra will no longer be here at the shop.  At least for now :-(  Kendra may return in July; we wish her well as she finishes up some important things in her life.  Kelsey will hopefully love her next job, closer to her home, as much as she has loved being here.  We appreciate all that you both brought to the shop and to our community.  We never say goodbye, just good luck….. and thank you for your service and contributions :-D
