Sun, November 7, 8am – 11am — Meet at Wash Perk

Join us Sunday, meeting at the Perk.  We’ll carpool and leave Perk at 8:30 am. Whether you choose to run, hike, jog, or walk, we will drive together to a close front range trailhead and be back to the Perk by 11:00 am. Take a small step to bring change in your life!

Teri’s thoughts: Kristen is offering to be our Trail Guide and committed leader for an 8 consecutive week Sunday a.m. run. We arrive at trail and set out at our own pace, on whichever trail we choose, and agree to meet back at base 75 minutes later. I encouraged her to charge a small fee for this service for a couple of reasons: I believe it helps with our commitment to show up each week and second, she is currently unemployed. In the spirit of exchange, I think it’s good.
Wash Perk is sponsoring the running shirts and offering a “family” discount to all participants. I’m excited to learn new trails and to have a reason to make my well being a priority! Kristen is just starting her business “Grow”, which addresses many life nurturing aspects of life: our bodies, our spirits, our gardens…. mostly she wants to help people feel happy and healthy by taking small steps toward big change.
