For all you poor peeps that were given PARKING TICKETS today, August 5th, on the north side of Ohio…. There were 15 of you that I counted on arrival. I called 311, Public Works and The Parking Violations Dept. as it seemed unfair that this was the THIRD day that we’ve had no parking available on Emerson St. They “noted” it and recommended that you contest in person with the Parking Magistrate. I am so sorry that you all had this experience while trying to support us. I think it’s ridiculous and mean-spirited that the city allows this to happen around small businesses that rely on limited street parking. 
At the very least, they could allow peeps an opportunity to move.
