Denver Boot Camp

Sat, September 5, 10am – 11am at the Washington Park Recreation Center

Each Denver Boot Camp is becoming the biggest program in Denver. It is already the toughest, but worth the results. For both men and women, it is the program if you want to burn over 1000 calories in an hour, while slashing pounds of fat and toning your muscles. The program is perfect for everyone because you are pushed to your own personal limits. We have everyone out there; the out of shape, new moms, future brides, marathon runners, and triathalon participants.

FANS is hosting the third annual Washington Park Employees Appreciation Coffee

When: Wednesday, September 9th at 7:00 a.m to 8:00 a.m.

Where: It will be held at the Perennial Gardens next to Downing St.

Stop by for a chat, have coffee and sweet rolls and say thanks.

will meet at 6:00 p.m. at the Mt. Vernon Flower
Beds.
Hear Gary Douglas, Denver Parks horticulturist talk
about the gardens, design and flower identification.
He will answer our burning questions about the
secret to having a beautiful garden. Bring a friend
and your camera. See you there.
The Mt. Vernon Flower Beds are west of the Lawn
Bowling Green on the diagonal. Mississippi and
Franklin from the east and Tennessee and Downing
from the west.
